Beltran De Santa Cruz Boutique Hotel Havana, Havana

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms, though spacious and beautifully decorated, lacked windows overlooking the inner yard, leading to some noise disturbances during mornings. However, the room amenities like the television and mini bar, along with the great value for money due to the comfortable setting and prime location, made up for it.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were spacious, very nicely decorated, and had a small balcony overlooking the street close to the atmosphere of the square. The lack of air conditioning was not an issue as the room remained comfortable, and considering the great location, it was excellent value for money. The service was friendly and chatty, and the staff even helped carry my bags up and down. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of Old Havana, making it convenient for exploring. However, the dining experience was a bit let down with limited options for breakfast.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, right on the edge of the tourist route in old Habana, just a few metres from Plaza Vieja. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated to match the theme of the hotel, although the extra space seemed unnecessary when the room only accommodated two people. The service started off friendly and efficient; however, it took a turn, especially with Osaina, who became rude after the transaction. Despite this, the staff upstairs made sure the room was in order. The dining experience offered a nice variety, including freshly cooked eggs, fresh fruit, and excellent coffee. Overall, the hotel provides great proximity to the vibrant area of Old Havana and Plaza Vieja.

I stayed at this hotel for a short visit and found it to be decent overall. The rooms were not very well equipped but were adequate for our stay, overlooking the courtyard. I was a bit surprised that the space could accommodate more people when the room only slept two.
